## What Meddle is

Meddle is a platform for building voice and text agents. You write what the agent says, knows and can do. Meddle runs the phone number, the speech recognition, the language model and the voice underneath it, and scores every test call before you launch.

Voice and text are two surfaces over one agent: the same prompt, the same knowledge base and the same tools answer a phone call and a website chat, so a change made once applies to both.

Built in Perth, Western Australia. Hosted in Sydney with Australian data residency. The operating company is VERTICAL AI PTY LTD, ABN 73 695 607 946.

There is no flowchart to draw and no state machine to maintain. An agent is a prompt, a list of tools it can call, and the knowledge it can look things up in.
